The Urban Street Bazaar took place this past week in the Bishop Arts District in Oak Cliff. I worked all Saturday and slept in Sunday, so I barely made it for a good 30 minutes. Bishop Arts was crawling with a culture that is rare to [the ghetto that is] Oak Cliff, so for a 15yr resident of Oak Cliff, it was a wonderful change of pace. Seriously, people from other parts of Dallas are afraid to go into Oak Cliff. They are slowly revalizing the neighborhood so events like these are really good press. (^__^)
You don't really see fashion like this on the daily in Oak Cliff. It was like a breath of fresh air, and not just her but many of the Bazaar patrons. She did, however, walk into the
oNli boutique while I was meeting with the owner to revamp her website. Yay for work! LoL
I also saw this bag at one of the vendor tents:
Cut Out And Collect. I needed to share it. My digicam died shortly after I took this.
